- Has arbitrated over fifty (50) construction cases, whether as chairman, sole arbitrator or member of the arbitral tribunal, since 1989
- Elected as President of the Philippine Institute of Construction Arbitrators and Mediators Inc. (PICAM), the country’s foremost construction arbitration center
- A commercial arbitrator of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) and a member of its Board of Trustees
- Appointed member of an international arbitral panel instituted in London to resolve a maritime dispute regarding the sale of a vessel by a Taiwanese owner to a Filipino buyer
